About Brittnee Lippert

I originally went to beauty school with intentions to work as an esthetician to support my life in Los Angeles, while I put myself through nursing school. I visualized working under a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon; however, my goal shifted with time. While I still wanted to work with skin, making people feel good on the daily became very important to me, so I began to focus on the cosmetic side.

My first job as an esthetician was at a large waxing franchise, where I quickly discovered a deep desire to work for myself. I stayed with the company for 3 years, rapidly rising to regional coach. In this position, I helped other estheticians in the company build and retain their clientele, increase sales and perfect their technique—which I loved. I took my location to a multi 7-figure business in my first year as regional coach.

Five years ago, I started my own waxing business out of a studio in Los Angeles, where I created a multi 6-figure business in my first year. I have since then rebranded, hired a team and am currently working on franchising my business model.

Even with my company's incredible growth, something still felt...missing. I missed helping other estheticians make money, while loving what they do. I started this coaching sector of my company to share tips and tricks with others ready to take a leap—and mentor them into the life of their dreams.
